Stag Development was established in 2020 by Branden Shaw and Jon Owoc.

Branden and Jon have been friends for the better part of two decades. Before joining forces in residential and commercial real estate, Branden and Jon's love for building started at a young age when the pair would create cities out of LEGOs. The duo often challenged one another to see who could make the most epic creations!

Now as the co-founders of Stag Development, they’ve chosen collaboration over competition, pouring their shared passion into real estate projects throughout South Florida.
