While the construction on this home was fairly recent, it was experiencing significant wear and tear from lack of upkeep. Stag Development placed brand new floor tiles throughout the house, renovated the bathrooms, redesigned the open kitchen, and installed brand-new cabinets and high-end appliances (Miele and Kitchenaid). The house was repainted to a beautiful blue with contrasting brown doors to heighten the curb appeal.
